How does this process work?
1. Choose the package you'd like above and checkout.
2. Look at your email for confirmation.
3. Complete an assessment. After checkout, you will receive an email with confirmation of purchase and a link to complete an assessment. This assessment will ask for your shop link, one link to a listing you'd like Heather to review and about your goals for your business.
4. In review and audit process. This can take up to 3 business days(not including weekends). If you submit on a Friday please note we will not respond until the following Monday or Tuesday.
Note: You must complete the assessment within 3 days of purchasing. HeatherXStudio LLC will refund any over expired shop reviews or audits as we only take so many clients & students per period.
How soon will I get my audit or review?
Within 1 to 3 business days after you submit your questionnaire after purchasing. Business days are Monday through Friday and if submitted on a Thursday or Friday, expect as late as Tuesday to recieve your audit or review.
What's the refund policy?
This is a service that is nonrefundable and nontransferrable once purchased. If you have any questions prior, please email at [email protected]. The only exceptions is if your shop has been closed prior to reviewing. If review is completed, no refund will be given.
