Terms and Conditions for Bestseller Insider Membership

  1. Membership Overview

By subscribing to our monthly membership at $49.99 USD, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and HeatherXStudio LLC ("Company").

  1. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will receive access to the following benefits:

  • Monthly pre-recorded masterclass that will be released on the first week of each month
  • 2 live group coaching calls on a Zoom
  • List of discounts for the month that are exclusive to the membership given by our sponsors, partners or the Company
  • Community area in Skool platform to ask questions and communicate with other like-minded print on demand sellers
  1. Payment and Billing

The membership fee of $49.99 USD will be charged to your payment method on a monthly basis based on the members billing cycle date. The billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and recurs monthly until canceled. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. 

You authorize the Company to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Any changes to the membership fee will be communicated to you with at least 30 days notice.

Any free trials will be charged 30 days after trial's beginning date. If a member needs to cancel before the first charge, they must do so following the Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, the invoice sent by Samcart or by contacting customer support at [email protected].

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

No refunds will be issued for partial months of membership. If you paid for the membership for that month, you will have access until the last day of that paid end of billing cycle.

  1. Membership Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.

If your membership is terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Company website or notification to you.

Your continued use of the membership after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

  1. Member Responsibilities

You agree to use the membership benefits in a lawful and respectful manner.

Sharing of membership benefits with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your membership.

  1. Rules to Follow When Entering the Membership

As a member of Bestseller Insider Membership, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

  • Anti-Copycat Policy: Do not copy other member’s shops or designs if shared during the calls or in the community. Community members found doing so or reported will be asked to leave or banned from the community.
  • Respect Others: Treat fellow members, staff, coaches and all individuals involved with the Bestseller Insider Membership with respect and courtesy.
  • Use Benefits Appropriately: Only use membership benefits for your business and do not share or distribute benefits to non-members.
  • Confidentiality: Do not share confidential or proprietary information obtained through the membership with non-members.
  • Compliance with Policies: Follow all Company policies, guidelines, and procedures related to the membership and its benefits.
  • No Misuse of Services: Do not engage in any activities that would misuse or abuse the membership services or benefits.
  • Timely Updates: Keep your contact information and payment details up to date in your account settings.
  • No Soliciting: Soliciting or promoting products or services to other members and the community is strictly prohibited unless given permission per HeatherXStudio’s team. Any mock-up shops, businesses or services can inquire about being a part of the memberships exclusive offer list by contacting [email protected].
  1. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership.

The total liability of the Company for any claim related to the membership is limited to the amount paid by you for the membership in the previous twelve months.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina, United States.

11. Testimonials

Participant understands and agrees that Course Provider may use general statements about Participant’s success story as part of Course Provider’s marketing strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, unofficial testimonials, words of praise via Instagram stories, public posts inside Course Provider’s Skool group page, and direct messages with Course Provider. Course Provider shall redact the personal information of Participant, with exception to the Participant’s first name, prior to release of testimonial. Participant agrees to allow Course Provider to use his or her first name only in publication of his or her testimonial.
